Around 150 children were housed here from 2001 to 2025.
Around 300 women mothers were housed here from 2001 to 2025. It is short stay directed by court or police as victim of domestic violence.
Since 2012, the children's study group has been started in collaboration with the Panchayat.
2018 Women's groups of 5 members each were formed and each group started a sewing unit, an organic farming soap making unit for self-employment.
In 3 sewing units 75 women’s are self-employed and one unit started their own garment shop.
Shelter home stared for children and women.
In 2009, a child of Snehibhavan was married.
2016 A new sewing unit was started at Idukki.
In 2017 Snehibhavan was able to purchase a new building site of his own.
We provide financial support to 18 dalit and economically backward children from Kottayam, Idukki, and Thrissur districts, enabling them to pursue various courses ranging from 6 months to 5 years in duration.
We have implemented the following activities as emergency relief during the COVID-19 outbreak both in wave first and wave second:
Food Aid: We supported above 200 poor and vulnerable families affected by the COVID.
Collaboration with local self-government: We actively participated with the panchayat to shift the patients from their home to hospital throughout the first and second phase of COVID.
Oxygen Concentrators for COVID patients: Our organisation supplied 150 oxygen concentrators for the patients.
Protection for COVID warriors: ADWESC provided 1000s of masks, and sanitizers to the poor and underprivileged community.
Mass Awareness Programmes: We conducted many mass awareness programmes about COVID pandemic disease and the importance of vaccination.
In 2018 floods more than 1500 women and children were rehabilitated in the districts of Idukki, Alappuzha, Thrissur, Ernakulam.
In 2019, as part of 2019 flood relief operations, drinking water purification plant was built in Alappuzha, Kottayam districts.
50 houses were built in Idukki, Ernakulam and Thrissur districts and flood victims were rehabilitated for 2018 flood effected people.
Tons of food and materials sent to flood effected people.
Brought 10 acres of land in Vagamon for organic farming and to provide employment for women.
